Opens two ways: tilt inward from the top for ventilation, or swing fully open like a door. A popular choice for bedrooms and living rooms.

Hinged on the side and operated with a crank. Opens fully for airflow and locks with a multi-point system for added security.

The sash moves horizontally along a track. Easy to operate, low-profile, and simple to clean.

How long does the process take?
After confirmation, most projects are completed within 4 to 6 weeks. Your windows are custom manufactured to fit your exact openings, which is why there is a production lead time before installation can be scheduled.

Is there a minimum number of windows required?
Yes. Each project requires a minimum of 4 windows or 1 sliding glass door. This minimum allows us to manufacture and schedule installation efficiently.

Which properties are eligible for your service?
We work with detached houses and townhomes in Vancouver and surrounding areas. Condominium units are not eligible for our service at this time.

What warranties are included with my project?
Every installation includes a 25-year product warranty on the windows and a 5-year installation warranty on the workmanship. Both are backed directly by us.
