In 1999, our founder — a window craftsman with German trade training — started a small workshop in Delta after concluding that local homeowners were being overcharged for products that didn’t merit the price.
He hired three people, applied European manufacturing standards, and priced his work honestly. The business grew entirely through referrals. No marketing spend. No growth-at-any-cost strategy. Just quality work that generated recommendations.
Twenty-five years later: 3,000+ homes, the same family ownership, and a founder who still comes in weekly to inspect production. His three children now lead the company.
