What’s Covered

Product Warranty (25 Years)

Our comprehensive product warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

  • Vinyl Frames & Sashes: Warping, cracking, peeling, or discoloration under normal use
  • Glass Units: Seal failure resulting in fogging or condensation between panes
  • Hardware: Locks, hinges, handles, and operating mechanisms
  • Weatherstripping: Deterioration affecting seal performance

Installation Warranty (5 Years)

Our industry-leading installation warranty covers workmanship issues including:

  • Water infiltration around the window frame
  • Air leakage due to improper sealing
  • Operational problems caused by incorrect installation
  • Trim and finishing defects

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Acts of nature (storms, floods, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Failure to maintain products according to care guidelines
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
  • Building settlement or structural movement
  • Glass breakage (unless due to seal failure)
  • Condensation on interior or exterior glass surfaces (this is normal and not a defect)

Transferability

Our 25-year product warranty is fully transferable to subsequent homeowners. This adds value to your home and provides peace of mind for buyers. To transfer the warranty:

  • Contact us with the property address and new owner information
  • Provide proof of property transfer (optional but helpful)
  • We’ll update our records and provide warranty documentation to the new owner

There is no fee for warranty transfer.

Making a Warranty Claim

Response Time

We take warranty claims seriously and respond promptly:

  • Initial Response: Within 24-48 hours of your claim
  • Inspection: Typically scheduled within 5-7 business days
  • Repair/Replacement: Completed as quickly as possible, usually within 2-4 weeks depending on parts availability

Care & Maintenance

To keep your warranty valid and your windows performing their best:

  • Clean glass with standard glass cleaner and soft cloth
  • Clean vinyl frames with mild soap and water (no abrasive cleaners)
  • Lubricate hardware annually with silicone-based lubricant
  • Keep tracks and weep holes clear of debris
  • Inspect weatherstripping periodically and contact us if damaged
  • Ensure proper ventilation to minimize condensation
